Mumbai: In a significant leadership move, 360 ONE has appointed seasoned investment banker & Industry Veteran Kamal Sultania as Co-Head – Coverage within its Investment Banking division, underscoring the firm’s ambitions to scale its advisory franchise across key sectors.
Kamal will spearhead coverage across Industrials, Real Estate and Infrastructure — three sectors poised for heightened deal activity amid India’s ongoing capital expenditure cycle and market momentum, as per people aware of the matter.
His appointment is seen as a strategic step toward strengthening sector depth and expanding client relationships.
With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, Sultania has advised corporates across the spectrum — from large conglomerates to emerging enterprises — on marquee transactions spanning mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, buybacks, open offers, restructuring assignments and delistings.
