Mumbai, August 31, 2020 (GNI): EcoVadis the world’s most trusted sustainability ratings, awarded Galaxy Surfactants Limited, one of India’s leading companies in the world of surfactants and specialty care products with a Gold medal for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the year 2020. Galaxy Surfactants Ltd is in the top 5% companies which have been assessed by EcoVadis for various sustainability ratings and corporate social responsibility practices followed by corporates.
This is the second consecutive award from EcoVadis, awarded to Galaxy Surfactants Ltd for following global standards in corporate social responsibility.
EcoVadis is the global business sustainability ratings organization, who assesses companies’ performance annually on international sustainability standards covering four key areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
