Amara Raja Batteries Limited wins the Golden Peacock Award in ‘Innovative Product and Services-Electrical equipment’ category

Mumbai, July 20, 2020 (GNI): Reaffirming its leadership position, Amara Raja Batteries hits yet another milestone by winning the Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Services Award from the Institute of Directors, India in the category of ‘Innovative Product and Services-Electrical equipment’ in a global virtual ceremony held on the July 15th 2020, the award was received by Mr. M Jagadish, Head – Technology, on behalf of the Organization, who delivered the acceptance speech. Mr. J S Reddy & Mr. K Hari Prasad from the New Product Development also joined the virtual ceremony along with more than 525 members globally.

The Golden Peacock award is regarded as a benchmark of Corporate Excellence worldwide. The evaluation committee of Golden Peacock Awards, received over 1000 applications this year. The Award applications were assessed at three levels by Independent Assessors and finally by a Grand Jury, which resulted in ARBL’s feat.
