The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari flags off Mumbai Marathon 2020

MUMBAI, 19th January 2020 (GNI): Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari today (19 Jan) flagged off the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2020 by firing the Sports Gun.

The Governor also flagged off the Champions with Disability event at the Marathon.

Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Kiren Rijiju, Maharashtra’s Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Chhagan Bhujbal, Mumbai City Guardian Minister Aslam Shaikh, Sports Minister Sunil Kedar, Flag Officer Commanding in Chief Western Naval Command, Admiral Ajit Kumar P and others were present.

According to the organizers more than 50,000 participants from Inida and other countries are participating in this edition of the Mumbai Marathon 2020.ends
