Mumbai, 19th April 2022 (GNI): Garud’s (Faisal Khan) birth is one of the most significant events etched in the pages of Indian history. He was prophesied to rule the skies and be the supreme commander of the Birds but the perilous intentions of his aunt Kadru (Parul Chauhan) twisted his fate. Out of extreme envy and angst, she tricked her sister Vinta (Toral Rasputra) into becoming a slave so that Garud gets born into subjugation and is compelled to submit to her whims. But just when Vinta had started to accept her ill fate, Garud was born and along with him, brought a glimmer of hope she hadn’t imagined about.
Vinta had been waiting for Garud for a long time. Just when Kadru intended to cause harm on his egg, Garud arose as a phoenix from the ashes. His birth came as a strong reminder of his strength and absolute might, establishing that the King of Birds is indestructible, and he has arrived to doom Kadru’s evil desires.
Will Garud be able to free his mother from enslavement? How will Kadru react to his birth?
Faisal Khan who is essaying the role of Garud says, “Garud’s birth happened at a moment when his mother’s world was collapsing from all across. Kadru was aware of Garud’s powers and she left no stones unturned to inflict harm on him. She wanted to stop his birth as Garud was destined to be the Lord. His birth was no less than a spectacle and he came to rewrite Vinta’s fate and be her rescuer. This sequence has been created with stunning visuals that will surely captivate the audiences.
