The award was presented by CMO Asia/ CMO Global during the “World Women Leadership Congress Presents Telangana’s Woman Leaders” ceremony happened today at Hyderabad. The award was constituted to recognize and celebrate the finest woman leaders & achievers in organizations that which believe in producing leaders of change & nurture gender diversity as a talent management strategy in sync with the vision & the mission of the organization.
Dr Vimee Bindra is a leading Endometriosis Excisional Surgeon in India. In her Medical career of over 15 years, Dr Vimee Bindra has built a reputation for her ability to draw strategic insights and adaptability in dynamic situations. Her areas of interest among others include Minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) specially excision surgeries for endometriosis, fertility enhancing surgeries, fibroids, mullerian abnormalities.
In 2020, Dr Vimee Bindra was the recipient of prestigious awards YOUNG CLINICIAN AWARD; BEST EMERGING GYNAECOLOGIST AWARD; WOMEN HEALTHCARE LEADERSHIP AWARD and DR APJ ABDUL KALAM AZAD MEMORIAL EXCELLENCE AWARD. Dr Vimee Bindra has authored three medical books and “A to Z of PCOS” being her latest release.
Being an endometriosis educator and working towards raising awareness for endometriosis, Dr Vimee Bindra has produced and directed an awareness short film on “ENDOMETRIOSIS”. She is also a Co-Founder of Support group “ENDOCRUSADERS” for women suffering with endometriosis. She has recently founded the ENDOMETRIOSIS FOUNDATION OF INDIA, stated in the press release.
