Mumbai, 7th February 2022 (GNI): “Creative Connection Trust”- a non-profit organisation dedicated to help people in vulnerable situations hosted their annual 7th year “Saraswati Puja (Basant Panchami)” with a social cause.

Creative Connection aims to involve collectively for the highest good of the association and the greatest benefit of the society at large. Donation to Orphanage, aid to the poor and rehabilitation of the sick, disabled and distressed people are just a few of the philanthropic work that the trust is involved in. Encouraged by the love and cooperation of its patrons, this year the trust celebrated the SARASWATI PUJA (BASANT PANCHAMI) on a grander scale along with a Social Awareness Activity practising social distancing, masking & sanitization.

The place where Maa Saraswati was seated was decorated with fresh flowers and rangoli and the design of a fish is considered auspicious. This celebration is not all about worshiping the goddess of knowledge but it also signifies the arrival of spring season. The evening had performances from renowned singers who added to the merriment of the celebration.

Celebration of Wisdom, Culture, Education & Prosperity “Saraswati Puja (Basant Panchami)” spearheaded by Somu Mitra- Founder Member is organised every year by the members of “Creative Connection Trust “The celebration is a symbol of purity and peace” says Somu Mitra- Founder Member of “Creative Connection Trust” further adding “Like every year, this year too Creative Connection Trust organised Saraswati Puja (Basant Panchami). It is celebrated to pay obeisance to Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge and learning”

Art, Freedom and Creativity will change society faster than politics. “Armed with the zeal to give it back to the society, “Creative Connection Trust” began its journey in 2016, with just a few creative people and the same year, they also decided to organize SARASWATI PUJA (BASANT PANCHAMI), invoking the blessings of the goddess of learning and creativity. Since then, the Trust has received good wishes and support of the people apart from its patrons from the film, television and music fraternity.
