To help the state of Maharashtra in its’ fight against the second wave of the pandemic, Transasia donated 50 BiPAP-Ventilator machines for deployment in various COVID-dedicated hospitals all over Maharashtra. In spite of the current shortage in the availability of these machines, Transasia procured these machines from its global vendors. Rajesh Tope, Minister of Public Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Maharashtra received them in the presence of Rajendra Patil-Yadravkar, Minister of State for Public Health and Dr. Satish Sonawane, OSD, Health Department from R. Subramanian, Vice President and Cyril Anthony, RSM of Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd.. Transasia is also providing free of charge its coagulation analyzer ECL series that aids in monitoring blood clotting in severe COVID patients which will help Doctors in estimation of D Dimer and other coagulation tests. Transasia’s Covid 19-IgG antibody test, RT PCR kit, and those for critical parameters such as D Dimer, CRP, Ferritin are being effectively employed by thousands of laboratories and hospitals all over India and in over 100 countries to monitor the progression of infection.
