Mumbai, 04th March 2022 (GNI): Alankrita Anup Sahai and Ajit Brar organised a donation drive to help the underprivileged through Joti foundation along with Khalsa Aid and Oyo . Following her previous charitable drive with another right after it, she has vowed to continue the good work and keep making her father proud. This drive was for our father’s and I would like to honour all the fathers who are in heaven watching over their kids helping others and carrying their legacy forward. I would like to thank Mr. Ajit Brar for his contribution and hard work towards his father’s organisation and in bringing us all together. Alankrita has always been a good Samaritan. But the recent demise of her beloved father has pushed her to be better. She holds her father dearly in her heart by imitating what he spent his life accomplishing. Talking about the drive, Alankrita says ” Ever since my childhood I always saw my family going the extra mile in helping those in need and it was my deepest wish to contribute as well. I am glad that life has given me this opportunity.It will be my honor if I can give back to society and bring about change in the lives of even some of the people that need us. If our father’s would have been around I am sure they would be proud to see us doing God’s work. Hailing from a family that has always provided me with whatever is needed in life, this drive has made me realize how small gestures can go a long way. I’m happy to have been associated with Khalsa Aid and Oyo in this and I urge more and more people to participate in such gestures.” Mr. Ajit Brar has been of immense support and has been doing a lot of work specially when it comes to education and empowering the girl child. Associating with such wonderful people is a delight . In her professional life, she continues to grow and be a success at whatever assignment she lays her hands on.ends
