महिंद्रा लॉजिस्टिक्स लिमिटेड के निदेशक मंडलने डॉ. अनीश शाह को बोर्ड अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया

मुंबई, 8 मार्च, 2021 (GNI):- लॉजिस्टिक्स और जन परिवहन सेवाओं की एक प्रमुख प्रदाता कंपनी महिंद्रा लॉजिस्टिक्स लिमिटेड (एमएलएल) ने आज डॉ. अनीश शाह को बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त करने की घोषणा की। उनकी नियुक्ति 2 अप्रैल, 2021 से प्रभावी होगी। डॉ. शाह इसी दिन कंपनी के निदेशक मंडल में शामिल होंगे। वह महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा (एमएंडएम) लिमिटेड के डिप्टी मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर और ग्रुप सीएफओ हैं। उन्हें 2 अप्रैल, 2021 से एम एंड एम लिमिटेड के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर और सीईओ के रूप में पदभार संभालने के लिए नामित किया गया है।

श्री वी एस पार्थसारथी (प्रेसीडेंट – मोबिलिटी सर्विसेज सेक्टर और महिंद्रा ग्रुप कार्यकारी बोर्ड के सदस्य) ने निजी कारणों से महिंद्रा समूह छोड़ने का फैसला किया है। उन्होंने अपने कैरियर के अगले चरण में व्यवसाय, शिक्षा और समाज के क्षेत्रों में कारोबार से संबंधित परामर्श, संरक्षक, निर्माण और बड़े पैमाने पर पहल करने के लिहाज से काम करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की है। महिंद्रा लॉजिस्टिक्स लिमिटेड के निदेशक मंडल से वी एस पार्थसारथी का इस्तीफा 2 अप्रैल 2021 से प्रभावी होगा।

डॉ. अनीश शाह 2 अप्रैल 2021 से एमएलएल बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्यभार संभालेंगे। लाॅजिस्टिक्स और मोबिलिटी सर्विसेज दरअसल महिंद्रा समूह के लिए प्रमुख विकास क्षेत्र के तौर पर महत्व रखती हैं।

इस बदलाव पर टिप्पणी करते हुए बोर्ड की नामांकन और पारिश्रमिक समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री डेरियस पंडोले ने कहा, ‘‘हम बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में योगदान देने के लिए श्री पार्थसारथी को धन्यवाद देना चाहते हैं और आने वाले अध्यक्ष के रूप में डॉ. अनीश शाह का स्वागत करते हैं। रामप्रवीण स्वामीनाथन और प्रबंधन टीम के नेतृत्व में महिंद्रा लॉजिस्टिक्स लिमिटेड अपनी विकास रणनीति को जारी रखने के लिए अच्छी तरह से तैयार है। हमें विश्वास है कि डॉ. अनीश शाह की अध्यक्षता में इसे और तेज किया जाएगा।’’
